Alarums!

Yes, all of u that know me, know that i'm somewhat of a SCRABBLE FREAK!!! So today was one of the best days i've had so far ^^

THE FIRST best thing abt today was the fact that....i missed skool! YAY! I mean, what could be a better way to start off a wonderful day? Anywayz, the competition was held at Lasalle PJ, i was there around 7.30am. I hung around their main hall as i waited for everyone else to arrive. Not long after everyone was there, and just as i had half expected, Jun Horng came with his Essence of Chicken. He does this EVERY competition, last year during inter-skool scrabble competitions, he brought it; during forensics, he brought it. So i guess i didn't find it a surprise, but nevertheless, i still find it disgusting xP. But what can i say, it seems to work for him doesn't it.

So, to make things more simple for y'all (n so that this lazy ass wun have to type so much :p) :-
We had 2 teams - Under 18 and Under 15
Under 18 - Jun Horng, Tian Ann and I
Under 15 - Michael Soyza, Chia Yang and Khai Ling
All in all we played 3 rounds

My rounds:

First round
WON! but only by 16 points, my tiles that round really sucked, i seemed to be getting tiles all worth only ONE mark. Luckily though i eventually managed to catch up with a bingo: 'ALARUMS' Thank God i've read Romeo and Juliet.

Second round
LOST! by 27 points, I actually really don't mind losing but the fact is the girl i played against was a BITCH. Eg: i played a strange word and she said 'your pretty desperate aren't u', crap her i though. By the way, she challenged thw word and it was valid wahahahahahaha. But anywayz, i lost....bitch

Third round
WON! by 124 points! Unfortunately i cannot contribute my scrabble skills to this victory, the cold hard fact is - she sucked. But anywayz, she was a very nice girl, and i even felt a bit sad that she lost. If she was the bitch, i wudn't feel sorry at all *evil*

Overall results:
Under 18 category - CHAMPION CHS!!!
Under 15 category - RUNNER-UP CHS!!!

This is great! it means that our next match is on Thursday, and its MSSD!

PS. Means i get to miss a day of skool too :p
